Cancellation

For adjustments to your reservation, including changes to travel dates, destinations, starting points, lodging, or transportation, please contact us. Note that cancellation or modification of your booking is subject to the Travel Provider's Rules and Restrictions, which are provided to you before booking.

Travel providers may charge fees for changes or cancellations, as detailed in the Rules and Restrictions document. Any applicable fees will be your responsibility.

When modifying your reservation, the cost of the new arrangements may differ from the original booking, especially as travel dates approach.

Important Points to Note:

Hotel Reservations: Cancellation fees may apply if you do not cancel your hotel booking within the specified timeframe.

Strict Policies: Some accommodations have stringent rules that may prevent cancellations or modifications once a reservation is made.

Pay Later Reservations: Fees may apply if you cancel or fail to show up for a Pay Later reservation.

Unused Services: Refunds for unused services are subject to the Rules and Restrictions.

Group Bookings: Cancellation affecting multiple individuals, like a group flight reservation, may incur individual cancellation fees.

Additionally, we may charge an administration fee, which will be communicated to you in advance, if permitted by the Travel Provider’s conditions.

Other Cancellations or Changes

If the full payment or any applicable charges are not received within the specified timeframe, we or the Travel Provider may cancel your reservation. Cancellations or changes might also occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as overbooking or property closure.

In such cases, we will strive to inform you promptly and offer alternative options or refunds if feasible.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the reservation. The entity that initially received your payment is responsible for managing the refund process.

Please note that our fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise during the booking process.
