If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Service or booking any travel or hotel accommodations. Note that these Terms may be updated, so it’s advisable to save or print a copy for your records.

Rules and Restrictions

In addition to our Terms, the terms and conditions set by Travel Providers, including hotels, apply to your bookings. As a user, you must acknowledge and comply with the Rules and Restrictions specified by the Travel Provider or hotel you choose. This includes conditions related to payments, refunds, penalties, availability, and the use of services.

Non-compliance with the Rules and Restrictions of a Travel Provider or hotel may result in reservation cancellations and financial consequences.

Using our Service

Our Service is designed to help you find and book travel services and hotels, ensuring a seamless experience. By using our Service, you agree to do so responsibly and legally, adhering to these Terms. All information provided during the booking process, including for hotel reservations, must be accurate, current, and complete.

If booking on behalf of others, ensure you have their explicit consent, and that they are aware of and agree to the terms and conditions associated with the reservation.

You are responsible for actions taken using your account and must securely manage your account information.

We do not permit fraudulent bookings or those that violate our terms and conditions.

Confirming a booking

Once your reservation is finalized, including hotel bookings, you will receive a Booking Confirmation. This confirmation will include essential details such as the description of the Travel Service(s) or hotel stay and the total amount. We will promptly send your Booking Confirmation and any relevant travel documents to the email address you provided.

If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation within twenty-four hours, please contact us for assistance.

Payment processing

The payment process for some travel services, including hotel bookings, may involve multiple parties. Rest assured, the total amount charged will not exceed the sum of the prices for all Travel Services and hotel accommodations included in your reservation.
